Soon after, Jaguar bought a parcel of land for him in Othaya and put up a palatial home for the old man to settle with Jaguar’s step-mother. The “Huu Mwaka” singer went further and purchased a Toyota Caldina just to make sure his old man didn’t have to endure the hustle of moving around.
All has been rosy until recently when we received information that the singer has in fact decided to repossess the car!
According to our source, an Othaya youth, Jaguar took the step after his dad slid back into drunkenness, a habit that he had previously shed off. The source says that the old man would get drunk and get behind the wheel posing danger to road users and himself. It’s at this point that the youth of the area whom Jaguar has been mentoring on matters alcohol and drug abuse decided to take action.
Seeing how the old man would wreck himself, they confisticated the car keys and admonished the man for his wreckless drinking when he is supposed to be the number one supporter of his son who is fighting drug and alcohol addiction at the national level.
When the news reached Jaguar, he immediately repossessed the car until his old man transforms.
When contacted, a stern Jaguar said that this is a family issue and that he’s handling it within the family.
Jaguar is known for his stance against drugs and substance abuse which saw him elevated to the body that fights the same in the country
